Unknown Device on Network

I have the Virgin Media Connect App on my phone and noticed yesterday and unknown Device on My Devices & Network "BSkyB Ltd" which I don't recognize not ever having used Sky.

I've managed to pause it but how do I delete it?

Have reported it to mailto:Customersecurity@virginmediao2.co.uk but they've not been back to me.

    Thank you for your post. We're sorry to hear you found that device on there. 

    Does it not present any remove option for the device?

    This is just a mobile phone or a laptop that has changed its MAC and just ended up with a value that looks like the MAC address of a Sky device.  

    Do not pause it, it is one of your devices.
