Unknown Device on Network

I have the Virgin Media Connect App on my phone and noticed yesterday and unknown Device on My Devices & Network "BSkyB Ltd" which I don't recognize not ever having used Sky.

I've managed to pause it but how do I delete it?

Have reported it to mailto:Customersecurity@virginmediao2.co.uk but they've not been back to me.
