Unable to block youtube in mobile and laptops

I have turned on child safe on and added youtube in blocked sites with some time window when it can be allowed.But this does not woek at all,my son is still able to open youtube and watch tor hours.

    Sorry to hear of the difficulty faced when trying to prevent your son from watching YouTube videos.

    Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to prevent the usage of applications when websites are blocked, which may be the crux of the issue experienced. 

    Have you considered downloading our Connect App and using this to simply switch off the Wi-Fi in a particular area of the property, to prevent using during certain hours of the day?
