Unable to block a specific website through the Online Security portal

I've tried 3 different browsers and cleared the cache on each of them multiple times but each time I enter the website address, click Add, then Save Changes, I get the same error message as in the attached screen shot.

Does anyone have a solution to this issue please?

    This very regularly reported VM portal fault has persisted
    for about 3 years and VM have still not fixed it.

    It is nothing to do with your use of Chrome / Firefox etc.
