Scam email or not?

clicks.account.virginmedia.co.uk - Is this a valid Virginmedia email address, I keep getting emails about this and that to do with my connection saying there is a problem, I never cliak on any links that I do not recognise.

    It states that my connection is not working correctly, it is not true, I do think this has to be a scam of some sort.

      Sounds like a scam that one Mog__One.

      Feel free to discard, and report any connection issues you're experiencing to us via the applicable board on our Forums.

        As mentioned, there are no problems. I still do not know if this is a valid email address for Virgin Media, that was my specific question, and no answer to that yet.  As you are from Virgin Media, answer that question.
