Random Codes generated & VM is useless (as usual!)
I have just received two random codes via email and text message for my virgin media account. Don't know why? I have no idea if this is genuine or I am being hacked in someway.
The email says if the code has not been requested by me then I need to contact virgin media to let them know. Somewhat predictably there are no phone numbers or any way to contact virgin media about how to report this. As ever, virgin media is a communications company that does not know how to communicate. It goes out of its way to prevent its end consumers from getting in contact, so that I can maintain as few underpaid call centre staff as it can.
So I have tried to report this potential fraud but drawn a blank. I don't know if VM even read these forums, in my experience they don't care at all about their customers, but on the basis that somebody is actually interested then please tell me how on earth I get in touch with VM to report what has happened.
