Phone number listed to someone else

My mobile number seems to be attached to someone else's account. I do not have any virgin media products, yet I am recieving phone calls and text messages about an active account under a different name. I can see their direct debits and package details.

This seems like a huge security and gdpr issue.

How can I fix this?
