Sorry to hear of the issues with the Virgin Media online account.
Can you please confirm if you've ever been able to successfully log into the newly registered account?
What happens when you try to log out of the former account and into the new one?

I have not been able to log in to the other account number it only shows the original account details with the option to change or view the other account.
As only one e-mail address is used every time I log in it shows the origin account. In hindsight I should of used another e-mail address.I would like to change the security and Direct Debit details of the second account. Could you help me do this? I can provide both account numbers on request.
