NTL email hacked
My colleague's email address has been hacked. The password has been changed and the scammer is sending out phishing emails. Please advise on how to reset the password.

which would be the first thing to try.
The VM forum team will reply here within a few days but they will only deal with the person who is the VM account holder linked to the email address in question. If that is your colleague, they will need to sign on to the forum themselves with their own forum account.
