Received an email from “VM” stating my Wi-Fi could do with a boost & they are offering a free new Wi-Fi hub if I order in the next 3 days. Apparently I then have 5 days to install the new hub. Is this email a scam as there are a lot of time pressures for a legitimate email?
Hard to say as VM are apparently upgrading some users with a newer Hub 5. The 5 day install is quite normal as an older Hub will automatically be switched off.
However, best to wait for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss directly with you. Hopefully it is okay and you get a newer Hub 5.
