Just an FYI As I can't find any kind of support emails...
I went looking for the transcript from my query the other day to see if there had been any updates but couldn't find it; Seems the sending server hasn't been setup correctly and it's failing on SPF & DKIM.

Just a quick update on this. Our team are currently working on updating the DMARC policies for our email system and this is being completed as quickly as possible.
