Email problems

Please help! I have an ntlworld email address  and since November 2023 have had my emails hacked on several occasions. Because VM are no longer supporting ntlworld suffixes, VM designated an Outlook username to access emails and a new password. I can no longer access Apple Mail so have to use VM webmail. Unfortunately the hacking continues and today my inbox has been flooded with over 150 emails all stating 'your account has...... been created' and 'password reset request 'emails for these accounts - none of which I asked for. How can I stop this?
