Delete my ntlworld email account

Hello,

I no longer have any VM services its been years since I left. However the ntlworld email address is still active .

I completly forgot about it annd today I  receicved emails that someoen is trying to open airline account using my old ntlworld email address. 

Can someone help to delete the account to stop spam and potential hacks  usiign this old email account ?
