Cant turn on parental controls

Hi VM,

I can’t turn on parental controls (I am getting the can’t save changes error). Tried logging in the web as well as using the app. Can someone DM me please.

      Thank you Carley, still no luck (something was re-set but it still doesn’t work). Would be grateful if you could look into this for me
