The child safe is switched on and even after restarting the router and switching off and switching on the router still I found the restricted adult porn web sites are accessible and this is frustrating.

From the device on which Child Safe is not working, go to https://one.one.one.one/help and confirm AS Name value shown is Virgin Media — if it is not check whether DNS is being overridden on device or network.
FYI prerequisite for Child Safe to function is the use of Virgin Media's DNS by device
