Virginmedia Website
Not sure if this is the right place but can anyone tell me if the main website is down? I'm unable to log in to my account or check emails. I'm usinf Chromw but have also tried Edge and Duck Duck Go.

Our Virgin Media account signed in successfully via both Firefox & Edge.
Post a screen shot of what you are seeing, it might give a clue.Not much to see really. It starts to load and then just goes blank!
Update - I turned wifi off on my phone and can get Virgin Media page using phone data. I rebooted modem and tried again on PC. No luck - page tries to load and then goes blank. I turned off firewall but same result. I've uninstalled chrome and reinstalled it, making sure it was the latest version. Tried Duck Duck Go, Edge and Firefox. Cleared cache etc. Nothings worked!
Using Edge or Firefox enable a Public DNS and try the VM a/c again.
If this works, I'd be wondering if VM Parental Controls had been enabled in an excessive manner.Thanks for the response. I was unsure what you meant by changing to Public DNS However, I downloaded a VPN and the website loads (after a fashion) but I can get into my emails!
