Virginmedia Router and EPOS till system

Changed our 3 BT router to 2 better Virginmedia routers. All worked smoothly to the 8 student flats with their wifi hardwired to the router. However, my coffee shop on the ground floor has problems with the till system (EPOS) which works from an ipad. Does the ipad or epos software  need reprogrammed to accept this? Any help appreciated.

    The iPod needs to be reconnected to the new Wi-Fi service from the VM Hub.
    Then reboot the iPod & restart the EPOS software.

    Most banking software & card payment apps will not accept a change of ISP or IP during operation, but should be fine with the change ISP & IP after a reboot of the iPad.

    If this is a VM Domestic connection, I would Disable "Parental Controls" in the VM Online Account so as to avoid and unexpected blocking of access,  for VM Business I believe that is not a concern.

      How did you get 2 VM routers to your shop?  I thought it was one per address?  Maybe it’s. Business Contract?
