A zero day threat has been discovered on Chromium based browsers (Edge, Chrome etc). Go to the three dots, Help, About <browser> then check for updates.
I had some difficulty with the edge and chrome browser updates, would not update, said update already running?
There was an error code-
(error code 7: 0x80040902: 60 -- system level).
I did a restart and my computer updated, yet nothing in widows update records, so may have been a google update which prevented browsers updating until I did a restart.
I was then able to complete the manual browser udates to the latest versions mentioned in the two previous posts, on the chrome and edge browsers, also updated my waterfox browser, no issue with that.
