Super Hub 5

I’ve been with virgin for a long time, but I think my level of frustration has peaked and I will be leaving them.

ive tried and tried to get a super hub 5 so I can get the full speed from it - as my home system has 2.5gb input…. But it just the same old crap - fobbed off by incompetent customer service on calls.

so thanks for getting progressively worse and selling a product that your own hardware doesn’t support.

    Yup why they should of said 940Mb and not 1Gb that goes over 1Gb

    And you get the same crap by others on here saying "but router mode with two devices on 1Gb ports and pull over 1Gb" is a load of crap.

    Then tell retentions NOT standard customer services you are cancelling as being on gig1 why should you pay for an inferior hub4 when others have a more up to date hub5 as you could make use of the provisioned speed to a suitable hub/switch and have newer WiFi 6 ax devices and have faster WiFi.

  • Shame I’d have to lie just to get the right service isn’t it! Just another reason to leave….and that’s before I even mention the comically crap customer service when you phone them.
