My Laptop will not connect to internet unless i use a guest network

Hi i'm looking for help.

My laptop can connect to my router but i get no internet connection as it keeps disconnecting . if i log into the guest net work then it works. i have tried all the solutions on the net but nothing works. i have even reset the router.

Has anybody else had this problem? or found a solution?

    This is exactly what you encounter when the laptop's access has been Paused.

    I have encountered the same problem, and:

    • this only happens to windows machines, all Mac, Linux, phones, TVs, tablets work fine
    • this only happened recently, it was all working before.

    I tried other suggestions found on this forum like 'ping 192.168.0.1' but they didn't work.

    Have you found a solution?

    Use a wired connection and connect to the Hub's admin (settings) console 192.168.0.1 and check there are no entries in the MAC filtering.  This is what pauses the devices and will not allow access, so remove any listed MAC's from this area.
