Keep blueyonder virgin -> O2
Future farther in law is not happy with renewal price £80 (paying 60 now going up to 100) for 250mb 2 boxes for TV and 3 WiFi pods (because the hub 3 is rubbish)
His main issue for not leaving is the loss of his blueyonder (yes I know he could switch it all to non-isp but it all is a lot of faff). Now O2 can give him 500, hub 5, 2 TV pods for 45 but only if he didn't have a package with virgin.
Now let's say we look at these options;
He stays for another 18m at 80 and after that has migrated his blueyonder
He cancels and hope they call him, what happens if they don't call him, can he cancel his cancelling?
He cancels and starts with O2
He cancels and his wife signs up with O2 (who also has a blue yonder)
Would any of options 2-4 let him keep his and his wife's blueyonder account. Or does anyone else have any better ideas?
Also are virgin better to deal with if you go through O2 customer service?
