Is there ANYONE from VirginMedia reading this?
I can't believe this is the length I have to go to just to do such a basic thing. God help me if I ever really needed to get in touch with Virgin over something important and I'm absolutely FURIOUS that I pay more every year and the customer support gets worse and worse and worse.
Having been unable to penetrate the layers of bots that police the phone system AND the online support not allowing me to log in or to reset my password AND the absolutely USELESS chat bot that gets caught in cul-de-sacs and cannot be stopped when it gets started......
I just want to arrange a non-fault engineer visit to shorten a cable. I'm not even quibbling about the fact that I have to pay extra money to do it. I WANT to give you money, Virgin Media.
Can anyone help me? ANYONE?
