Intermittent signal ongoing...

So my broadband keeps dropping, downloaded an internet connection monitor and this is the result

So wifi and lan are ok and having gone through the troubleshooting ie turn off check cables etc and turn on again, no change. It did identify an intermittent service and said they'd look into it and help with an engineer visit if needed so I guess I should just wait?

    The IP address is showing in your post. This is usually removed by the forums systems, however it isn't a VM broadband IP address. 

    The IP address belongs to 3 mobile.

  • Cheers, yes sorry, never thought about the IP being a thing and just realised to access the logs at that point i was on my phone hotspot. 

    This is a new image, ip removed this time, while connected to virgin.
