Hub 5 need to set it to 2.4 Ghz band

I have just upgraded to hub 5 and I am trying to setup some new Wi-Fi plugs which require 2.4ghz. I found a post which explained how to rename the 2 Ghz so I could set up the plugs and lights, using to http://192.168.0.1/ method. 

How ever i can't log in as it says the password is wrong. Should I be using the wifi password or is there some other password I should be using.

Most of my house is set up with smart switches so I need to get this sorted, as they only work on 2.4Ghz

Any help would be appreciated, I've tried everything that I know.

    Hi, it’s the password on the hub itself you need to use, mines is on the bottom under the serial numbers

    When you make the Wi-Fi changes, do so via a network cable connected laptop.

    If you access the Hub menu via Wi-Fi, the Hub admin session may drop out or even lock out
    when changes are made to the Hub Wi-Fi settings.

    •    Access your Hub by navigating to 192.168.0.1 using a wired connection
    •    Login with the default login info (on base of Hub) unless you've already updated it.
    •    Go to Advanced Settings > Wireless > Security
    •    Disable the Smart Optimisation on the wifi bands.
    •    Under Wireless Frequency 2.4GHz change the Wifi Network Name (SSID), suggest append _2 to the end.
    •    Repeat for the Wireless Frequency 5GHz, suggest append _5 to the end and click on Apply changes
    •    Try to avoid spaces and periods in the SSID names as they can cause issues with certain devices.

    Note - If you are using the Connect app, uninstall it from devices as it will try to "Optimise" the Wifi by setting the Wifi back to factory settings, i.e. Single SSID and password.
