I have the dreaded green screen of death on my tivo box. It has now been going for 10 hours with no resolution.
However I don't want a TV 360 box as it does not have the functions I want - for example setting the number of episodes of a program to record.
Is it possible to get a replacement tivo box rather than be downgraded to a TV 360 box?
Faulty TiVo's are replaced with V6 as a matter of course. V6 are replaced like-for-like with V6.
TV360 are only installed in three scenarios - either when you have requested such, accepted an invitation to convert, or something has gone wrong on VM's side.
Thanks. That would be great. I know some people like the tv360 box but I like all the little shortcuts of the tivo box. For example, being able to set the number of episodes of something to record. I also like the ability when watching TV to easily skip forward in 30 second chunks.
