Excessive power levels followup.

Just have to write this somewhere but I phoned up to request help with my speeds being intermittent and the power levels on my downstream are over 13.5dbmv and now have to pay for an engineer to resolve it because the person could not see the same things I can see when logged into the router.

  • I doubt a charge will materialise here. Just make sure you have a recent screenshot of the high power levels to show the engineer/complaints team in case of dispute. Also check for local faults on 0800 561 0061.
