Download personal data from the magnificent 7 companies - why is it so slow?

The following companies have been dubbed the magnificent 7 as they seem to be carrying the US stock market.

Microsoft, Amazon, Google(parent Alphabet), Tesla, Facebook (aka Meta), Nvidia and Apple 

When you request your personal data (as its easier to download photos etc via this method) is it my connection that is slow or do they throttle the downloads from their end?

So far Google has had the fastest transfer rate at 16 MB/S and Apple at 3 MB/S. Microsoft fares at 4MB/S.

I don't have any issues with any speed tests or using Samknows.  Streaming is very quick and latency can be from 6 to 14ms.  I have a 1 gig HFC connection with hub 5.  Just wanted to ask the group what their experience was?
