Re: Broken external box
I’m not a virgin customer however I’ve come home today and my notice my brown external box cover as been removed and the wires are exposed. I also have a 4 year old and don’t want her near them. How can I get this resolved?

Getting VM to repair their own equipment is a better option. These boxes do seem very flimsy.
This is the current state of the box! I need this recovering as soon as possible don’t like the wires showing but also it’s horrible to look at. Anyone help?
