Xbox series S Network keeps disconnecting
Anyone else having the same issue with the Xbox network? I have the Virgin 5x Router. Recently got an Xbox series S and almost every time I try to play online it disconnects me. I have tried port forwarding, still no luck. I’m no tech genius but reading through Google, it seems a pretty common problem. Wondered if anyone managed to find a solution because the help support from virgin is either nonexistent or basically, they can’t be bothered to help and palm me off saying it’s the Xbox’s issue. Which I know it isn’t because when I hotspot my phone it works perfectly fine. Apologies if this thread has been made hundreds of times before. I got sick of reading threads from years ago and not getting anywhere with them.
