Unable to access ntlworld emails this week
Hello, I've been unable to access my ntlworld inbox since yesterday afternoon. When I log into the Virgin Media Mail via the website I get a 'Forbidden' message. I mainly access my emails via Outlook on Windows 11 - do I need to do anything or is the VM server down? Thanks!
Website Device Registration
So, the virgin media website offers a "Device Registration" option that enables you to use biometrics to login instead of a password. This is all great except I can't register my (very new) Asus Zenbook laptop, despite having the latest build of Windows 11 and Windows Hello compatible webcam. This is also the case for my other Microsoft Surface with Windows Hello laptop. Seriously Virgin, if you're going to offer this feature you could at least make sure it works! Oh, an even more ridiculous i can't add the tag "Windows Hello" because...well "hello" is apparently a rude word. wth!
