Virgin by box stuck on welcome screen after update
Got virgin installed last month and constant issues. Now my tv box is stuck on welcome. The second tv box in the other room works fine but won’t record.. I’ve reset the tv box, updated the box, reset at plug / router etc but still stuck on this welcome screen
