Cannot find the VM Wall socket!!
Hello I was told by the VM Sales executive that my previous tenants used VM and hence the new Connection should be easy and self doable. The kit has arrived and now I cannot find the wall socket. The only wall socket I have is something like this and the cable doesn't fit in: Been trying to reach Virgin Media to deploy an engineer from Saturday but the support call just wont be answered even after waiting for a long 30 minutes on the call.
