Hello I am based in UK My landline package is "nytime chatter" My mobile package is basic SIM only I want to make a call to Ireland but for the life of me can't find anywhere to tell me how much it costs either landline or mobile. I have found a .pdf called "010123_Everyday_Call_Charges_V1" for new or change package rates, (which won't therefore apply to me, or will it?) One column is headed CCF. Please explain what that is Finally what options do I push to talk to a real person after dialling 150?
