Help on Returning Hub 3 Kit?
Hello, I am moving so I have cancelled my Virgin Wi-Fi. 10 days ago, I requested that a return kit be sent to me, as tomorrow I will be travelling so I wanted to send my Wi-Fi kit back before leaving. I received a confirmation email that Royal Mail has the return kit package a few days ago, but I still have not received it. Seeing as I am travelling tomorrow for 3 weeks, I will not be able to return my kit for that entire period. What can I do in this situation? Hello. For weeks now I have been waiting for the prepaid packaging to return my kit. I've even tried asking for new packaging to be sent to me, but I have not received anything. Virgin media have sent me a letter, have been emailing and texting me about returning the kit. This morning they sent an email and text saying if they don't receive in a week, they will charge me. It's kit I do not want or need, it's ready to be sent back. What are my options, what do I do?
