- Email access issues p/w failure out of the blueI access my emails on my phone and have had no issues until today when, out of the blue, it said there was a problem signing into my account. I've gone to use my password but it says it's wrong which concerns me in case it's been hacked. I can access my emails via the Virgin app but cannot find any way of changing the password for my email (@ntlworld.com a/c) so I can reset it. Any help would be appreciated.358Views1like13Comments
- Unable to reset passwordI was logged out of my Virgin Media account, and now it says my password is incorrect, which is odd since I use a password manager. I changed my email address but don't receive a reset email when I try to reset my password. I logged into the community forum with my old email, but I’ve been using my new email on the app for months. I’ve seen others mentioning similar issues, and I wonder if Virgin Media is having trouble with Outlook accounts.
