Can Not get into my email.Call centre is USELESS
I can Not get into my email virgin media account. It keeps stating: "Sign in or register for Virgin Media O2" then "Enter your My Virgin Media password" then "Enter your My Virgin Media password" then "Enter a backup email address" . I HAVE DONE ALL THAT I AM GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES. The clown in the call centre in India just told me to repeat the above procedure. He said he would phone me back later but he never did.
Virgin Media Hub 4 Password Problem
So, Been having problems for a while, engineer came and renewed the Hub 4 and on the Bottom is a Wifi password The same password is printed on some stickers he gave us, but when i try to use it they don't work? the only way to link to the hub by laptop is by pushing the WPS button but our TV and Phones don't have this option any ideas please Thanking you in anticipation
