Stream power adapter missing
I've had a Stream box sitting unused since I set up my broadband (as I had no need for it). I've just tried to install it finally this morning and found there's no power adapter in the box. Is there a way to request a new power adapter by itself? I've tied the Virgin help chatbot doesn't seem to be able to answer any questions about equipment or even seem to know that Stream exists. Thanks
