Problems signing into my virgin media account
Up until about a week ago I was able to sign into both webmail and My Virgin Media but now it is telling me my password is incorrect. This is a blueyonder email address. I know my password is correct as I am still downloading email via POP3 using those credentials. webmail / My Virgin Media / POP3 is working for the other stub accounts linked to my main account but not for the main account itself. The stub accounts include both blueyonder and virginmedia email addresses. I've tested against multiple browsers on multiple devices with no luck. Anyone know a fix?71Views0likes5Comments
