Red light on router is continuously on
Hi, There has been a red light on the router (hub 3 M280) for about a week. The hub has been reset and did not resolve the problem. There is an intermittent fault, as the wi-fi vanishes and then comes back. According to info it is best to switch off the router when going to bed. I have done all these a number of times: • Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub. • Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight. • Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally. I also read here that a continuous red light means the router needs to be replaced. The single also needs to be strengthened at the back of the house and I think virgin offers an easy solution to this problem?392Views0likes2Comments
