Broad band final bill waived. VM still chasing me to pay it
Hi, I need to light here. My final bill was waived by Customer Service twice, I have screenshots of the chat that prove this, but I can still see it is active in my account after 2 months. I have just got an email reminder to pay it off to avoid any further action. I am afraid that going back to Customer Service for them to reassure me the bill will be waived for a third time will change nothing again. What else could I do to make sure VM and their CS properly waive the bill? Thanks!411Views0likes3Comments
