Cheerio @blueyonder
That's me out. I'm giving up my @blueyonder email address after 3 decades. I have been very loyal to telewest and virgin media, bypassing competion offers year after year but, enough is enough. Price hike in April takes my bill to £190 per month in May. I can get the same package + free Disney and Netflix included for 57% less. When are VM going to realise that the card up their sleeve is their product. They would have everybody onboard if they benchmarked a package that was the same for new and existing customers. Everybody would be happy. Yes I had a discount when I joined benefitted for 2 years but since then, it's been the worry of changing that's kept me as a customer.163Views3likes2CommentsWhat *Should* Broadband ONLY Cost for an Existing Customer?
We no longer watch much TV and stream 90% of what we do watch & are planning to just use Freeview and Broadband once our contract expires. That being the case what should we be expecting to pay for M500 (or even 1Gig) Broadband only? I honestly (and I cant stress this enough) HATE bartering, and we don't really have any other options for decent speed internet in our area so threatening to just leave fills me with dread, and I know they will try to take the proverbial & do not have clear and honest pricing. Just a ballpark would be good. We currently pay £67 (would rise to £99 in Sep) for: All we want going forward is M500 Broadband, no TV and no Phone (we haven't used a Landline in over 10 years yet they constantly force you to have one, or at least they did) ThanksSolved4.3KViews0likes13Comments
