Returning Equipment
I need to return our old equipment as contract has ended. We took out another contract in partners name and new equipment was shipped out and is connected and working fine. We kept the box it came in as the packaging hinted that it could be used for returning old equipment. Other than that ive seen no address labels or formal paperwork on how to return the old equipment. Today I receive an email chasing the return of the old equipment, so i start research the methodology and learn the return shipping label can be found by peeling back the label that has our home address on. Ive looked into this but this is not the case. The email i received chasing the returns has a Yodel store finder link that returns a blank page, the email itself is of the no-reply type. Ive logged into my account and can see nothing to do with returns nor how to print a label or to what address. Hi team, I have my TV/boardband contract and service ended one month ago. VM asked me to return the kits which are the hub, a TiVo box and a Humax Box. However I have only been given the first two during the installation by the engineer for the corresponding boardband and TV service. I have returned the Hub and TiVo box via Yodel and VM can confirmed the recipient of them. However VM is still looking for the Humax box which I have never been given. I remember clearly that the engineer said only one TiVo box is enough for the service agreed and only that top set was given. Does anyone has the similar experience?
