Remote Not Moving Up and Down On Saved Programs Ok 360
The remote will work to navigate the 360 screens and then once I select a program the remote/box becomes none responsive and doesn't allow movement to select an episode Tried to reset the box and the remote to no avail Any suggestions on how to fix would be appreciated
