First time user of virgin media WIFI confused
Hi, I’ve ordered M250 Fibre Broadband, 30 day rolling contract. I’ve ordered online and then only got contracts sent over, I haven’t had a confirmation email or any welcome email. So I called this morning to chase it up and was told it didn’t go through but they will push it through over the phone manually, I still have no confirmation emails or welcome emails, I only have an email with contracts on it. On top of that I have the £80 (rolling contract fee and set up fee) charged to my card twice as a pending charge, I have 1 from the website and the other from over the phone for the same order/contract. I don’t know what is standard and isn’t, but is it normal to not have any information about delivery. I’ve not been contacted by the delivery companies either I just got a verbal “yes” on the phone confirming it will be next day delivery. Hello! I placed an order with Virgin on 06/12/24 for a broadband deal. The router is to be delivered on 16/12/24. However, I have received no email confirmation, or any email at all. I have received a text, and sorted the pre-contract documents. I have already called the Pre-Install team 2 days ago, they said I should expect a delivery email by today, but I still don't have a Yodel delivery email. I also confirmed with them my email address in case it was written down wrong. Can someone help? As I need to change the delivery address or the delivery date due to a home completion date moving! 😞 Thanks in advance!Please can someone help me with my order and email address
Hi all, I have been having an issue with my order and my email. I'm out of contract for my virgin media plan and when I try to put an order through, the confirmation is sent to the wrong email address that I can't change. I don't get any confirmation email and I don't know if the order has went through. My o2 tariff has randomly removed the volt benefits like a new order is going through but I'm still on my old plan.
