Book an Engineer for installing a phone line?
I currently do have a phone line as part of my Virgin package, which I've never used. I realise I can plug a phone into the hub, but ideally I'd like two sockets with different numbers installed (currently no phone boxes installed in the house) I followed the link below, https://www.virginmedia.com/help/landline/install-home-phone Which has this information: --------- Installing an additional landline You can get a second Virgin Media phone line installed – with a new phone number. Must I really call up and wait on the phone for 4 hours, then get cut off, then call again for 4 hours? I tried the online chat, but they do not deal with phone lines apparently.
