Account issues after move
Hi there, Customer service setup a move for me which all went fine, my internet and tv are working as expected. My only issue if with the Virgin Media apps. The MyVirginMedia app shows that I have no services and the Virgin media Connect app says “Account is inactive or closed”. Even the Virgin TV Go app doesn’t work. Looks like my email wasn’t associated to the new setup. How do I go about getting this resolved?52Views0likes3Comments
