Returning Equipments
I left virginmedia, and I returned the hub and the tv box with the package that virgin media sent. I have confirmation from Yodel that the package has been returned to Virgin Media on 07/10/2025 but now I've received a text from Virgin Media saying they haven't received yet and I will be charged. Hi, I'm currently unable to get to a YodelReturn point to return my router to Virgin due to a recent accident. At the moment, I'm also unable to get anyone to drop this off for me.
