Landline voicemail not working
I have been having problems with my landline voicemail, people calling in are claiming they cannot leave a voicemail after it rings and I have listened to my voicemail in 1571 and they are leaving messages but there is no audio in the voicemails and they last only a few seconds. I have contacted virgin media support a couple of months ago and they said the issue would be fixed within 24 hours and nothing has happened.
