Logitech Harmony and Tivo CT8620
Have updated the Tivo CT8620 box to Virgin 360 and now the Tivo CT8620 won't respond to the Logitech Harmony 650 universal remote control. Have tried reprogramming it with different names for the Tivo unit as suggested by Logitech, but all to no avail. Am regretting updating the Tivio box as everything was fine before. In fact, we're now getting so used to not having any VirginMedia box whatsoever, so it might be as well for us to change over to a broadband only service at the next opportunity. Any suggestions on how to get the Logitech Harmony 650 remote to engage with the updated Tivo box (or vice versa)? Thanks t
