Accidentally bought an adult channel night ticket
Hi! I think I accidentally bought an adult channel night ticket few minutes back. I was browsing channels when I came across an adult channel and it asked me to enter pin. I inserted the pin once thinking that it will give a preview of the channel, but then a pop-up message appeared saying I’ve purchased a night ticket from 10pm-5:30am without me even realising that I made a purchase. I was only browsing the channels and I was under the impression that you need to be warned before making a purchase and being asked for the pin twice. I immediately switched to another regular channel and did not even watch that adult channel, as it was not my intention to watch it. Can someone from Virgin Media please help me check this and cancel it if necessary? Thanks a lot in advance.Solved922Views0likes47CommentsAccidentally Bought a Night Ticket for Television X
I seem to have accidentally bought a night pass for Television X. I pressed on 'OK' and entered my PIN as the screen said to press ok for a Preview. Once I entered my PIN it stated I'd ordered a night ticket. I googled this and found this forum where multiple people have experienced this previously. I found a thread from three months ago where someone has evidenced that the UX/UI does not give any indication that you're purchasing a night ticket and doesn't give any warning or cost. Three months later this is still not fixed and Virgin are still scamming customers. I would like the cost refunding and for some actual internal feedback to be provided to correct this issue so that those that are too embarrassed to raise this do not continue to be scammed. (Links to threads containing copies of UX/UI evidence available but I can't paste them into this message for some reason)77Views0likes2Comments
