Registering Virgin Media O2 ID issue
Hi, I've tried signing into my VirginMedia/O2 account and after entering my email adress I was asked if it was correct. Verifying that resulted asking me to verify my email addres by using a link emailed to me. After doing that I was asked to set up my password. When I did, the pages refreshed and showed me the following message... " Looks like you’ve already started registering for a Virgin Media O2 ID. Please go back to the original window or tab to continue registering there. Not sure where you started? Close all your tabs and windows, then head to our sign in page and start again. " Closed all tabs and browser windows, but got the same behaviour. I also tried using a different browser but still the same. I urgently need some help with this as i'm locked out of my account!Login issues
I'm trying to login into my account but all i'm getting is: Sorry, we can't sign you in just now Don't worry, it's just a quick pause to help keep your account safe. Instead: Use a device you've signed in on before Try again from a familiar connection If you're on a VPN, switch it off and have another go Still stuck? If this keeps happening, get in touch with us (quoting reference IDF-12B) and we'll help sort it. No matter what i do, i can login on my phone but i can't login to my PC at all.
